Our company was incorporated and registered on February 17, 1998 with the title Bursa Ulaşım – Toplu Taşım İşletmeciliği Turizm Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş. and the founding partnership of Bursa Metropolitan Municipality, announced in the Turkish Trade Registry Gazette dated February 23, 1998 and numbered 4487 and started its operations on December 14, 1998. Established in accordance with the Municipality Law No. 5393, the founding capital of our company was fully paid by the founding partners.
